How do I undo changes to my report? (Native Reporting)

As you experiment with what reports work best for your organization, you may find you'd like to undo the most recent edits to a report you're building. Apricot's Report Builder provides the option to revert a report to its last published version.

Note: This action only affects the report you're currently editing in the Report Builder and have made changes to since it was last published.

Important: Any changes made to the report, saved or unsaved, since the report was last published will be undone when reverting a report. This action cannot be reversed, .

Follow the steps listed below to learn how to revert a report.

Step 1: Select 'Revert Report'

Find the Report Actions palette on the right-hand side of the Report Builder, and select 'Revert Report'.

Step 2: Confirm the action

A pop-up message will display at the top of your page to confirm you want to undo every change you've made to the report since it was last published. Select 'Confirm' to finalize your decision.
