Support | Updated Help Center Link
On Monday, August 12, 2024, the “Help Center” link in the left navigation bar was changed to https://help.bonterratech.com/help. Through this link, users can access the Apricot Help Center and their Support Cases. In addition, the “Customer Care” link has been removed.
Note: To view Support Cases, users will be required to have a customer portal login.
Defects:
Logout | Error After Logout
We resolved an issue where users received an error after logging out of Apricot.
Aggregate Reports | Performance
We made performance improvements to Aggregate Reports when the report depends on a Native Report with grouped columns.
Native Reporting | Adding Limit Sections
When attempting to add a Limit Section to a Report, users will no longer experience a session timeout.
Role-Based Permissions | Design Toggle
When modifying a Role, users will no longer see a “Design” toggle. This toggle was not tied to any permissions in Apricot, and its removal does not change the permissions a user with that Role had.
Calculation Fields | Form Logic & Values Greater Than or Equal To 1000
Previously, when a Calculation Field was used with Form Logic and the calculated number was greater than or equal to 1000, Form Logic was not executed due to the comma in the value. Now, the Form Logic is adhered to as expected.
Role-Based Permissions | Record Assignment & Permission Sets
We resolved an issue where Programs would appear for Record Assignment despite having no active Permission Sets.
Form Logic | Hidden Linking Fields & Form Rules Counting Number Of Links
When completing a Form that uses a Form Rule to count Links, if the completed record has 0 links, Form Logic Rules will now load as expected.
Intake | Attach Document, Phone, & Signature Fields
We resolved an issue with Intake Forms where the Attach Document, Phone, and Signature fields could not be completed.
