Updated over 4 months ago

Coming Soon:

Support | Updated Help Center Link

As of Monday, August 12, 2024, the “Help Center” link in the left navigation bar will redirect to https://help.bonterratech.com/help. Through this link, users will be able to access the Apricot Help Center and Support cases. In addition, the “Customer Care” link will be removed.

Note: To view Support cases, users will be required to have a login.

Enhancements:

Bulletins | Report Loading

Bulletin Reports are key to understanding what a user needs to focus on when working in Apricot. To improve the performance of the Bulletins upon login and in Native Reporting and Record Search, we’ve changed how Apricot loads Bulletin Reports. Previously, all Bulletin Reports loaded at once, causing server resource usage to spike and preventing users from viewing the latest information in Native Reporting and Record Search.

Now, Apricot queues the Bulletin Reports to load in order of appearance on the screen. In addition, as the user scrolls, Apricot will change the order in the queue so that the Bulletin in view will be moved to the top of the queue to give the user the information that matters to them most. This new loading queue allows Apricot to manage Bulletin Report loading more responsibly so users can continue their work uninterrupted in other application areas.

Defects:

Connect Intake | Duplicate Error Option

We resolved an issue that caused the Duplicate Error message to not appear via Intake when an attempt to create a duplicate Tier 1 form was made. Now, users will know when an error is due to a duplicate as opposed to a general Intake error.

Links | Permissions

When a User does not have Permission to access a Linked record, they are no longer prevented from editing or saving a Record when the Linking field is set to be required.

Native Reporting | Auto Run and Limit Sections

When a Limit Section is configured in a Report, Apricot no longer enables Auto Run.
