This week we released one enhancement and two defect fixes.

Updated over 5 months ago

Enhancements:

Federated SSO | Multiple User Pools
Administrators of organizations on Apricot 360 will be able to select from a list of User Pools within SSO.

User Pools connect Apricot to your Identity Provider (IDP) via SAML. Each User Pool has its own Unique Resource Name (URN). Some IDPs do not allow re-use of a URN for multiple SAML apps. With the ability to select a User Pool in Apricot, organizations using an IDP that has this restriction will be able to set up multiple Apricot instances to use the same IDP to authenticate to Apricot.

This means organizations with sandboxes can have users log in with the same IDP for Sandbox and Production. It will also allow large organizations that use the same IDP but separate Apricot sites to authenticate with the same IDP.

Defects:

Imports | Clarified Error Messages on Import Failure

When an error occurs for an Import where a Field is preventing an Import from completing, Apricot will now inform the user of the problematic Field(s) that prevented the Import.

Native Reporting | Error When Running Report

We fixed an issue where Reports would display an error when running.
