Enhancements:
Drafts | Draft Management Tools
Managing Draft Records in Apricot just got easier for both standard users and Administrators!
Standard users can now find "My Draft Manager" under the My Apricot Tools section of the navigation bar to easily see and interact with any draft records that they have created or modified. Users can even archive draft records for easy clean-up from this page.
Administrators can utilize the "Draft Manager" as part of the Record Manager section of the navigation bar to clearly view important record details and manage all current draft records. To begin, just select any form with current drafts and use filters to narrow down the record results; from there, Admins can archive drafts or send a notification to engage users about their draft records that need follow-up action!
