Understanding Results Report Basics (ARR)
Updated over a week ago

Apricot Results Reporting (ARR) is a reporting tool similar to Apricot's Report Builder in that its purpose is to visualize your organization's progress and demonstrate your programs' impact within a custom report. ARR, however, is more robust in its potential for working with your data and is only available for Apricot Enterprise (360) organizations.

To build reports that achieve these goals, you must first understand their data sources, or universes, that affect how data is displayed in Results. These are determined by the forms enabled for ARR within Apricot's interface. The fields within these forms are synced to Results as objects, or points of data to be added to report queries and generated into report tables. Query filters also determine what subset of information is displayed in a Results report.

Administrators can access ARR in the Administrator tab by expanding the Report Center category of the navigation bar and selecting Apricot Results Reporting. This opens the ARR dashboard, where new custom reports are created from the Web Intelligence application.

Review the following articles to learn Results best practices and how to create your first Results report in ARR.
