Apricot Results Reporting (ARR) is a reporting tool only available to Apricot Enterprise (360) organizations. While it is accessed through Apricot, ARR is hosted by SAP Business Objects BI Platform on a different tab from your typical Apricot interface.
Follow the steps listed below to learn how to open the ARR interface and navigate through the available options on the reporting dashboard.
Step 1: Open ARR
In the Administrator tab, expand the Report Center category of the navigation bar and select Apricot Results Reporting.
This should open a new tab in your browser; if a new tab isn't opened, check your pop-up blocker and make sure your browser allows pop-ups from Apricot.
Step 2: Explore the dashboard
The home page of the Results Reporting interface contains multiple sections and tiles to organize the reports within your organization.
Below are the most common options you'll select:
Folders: All reports are stored in a folder upon saving for the first time. These are similar to report categories in Apricot's Native Reporting tool. We highly recommend creating distinguishable folders to organize your reports with, as it's most helpful when contacting Support to provide the folder and report name for them to troubleshoot.
Recycle Bin: This tile stores deleted reports for a brief period of time. If a report is accidentally deleted, going to the Recycle Bin immediately after is your best chance at being able to locate and restore it.
Recent Documents: You can scroll down the dashboard or select Recent Documents at the top of the dashboard to display any reports you've run or edited most recently. It's a convenient way to pick up where you left off in building a report.
Applications: Clicking the right-most tab at the top of the page or scrolling to the bottom-most section on the reporting dashboard will show the Web Intelligence application. This is the button you select to create a new custom Results report.
