How do I change the date format in Results reports? (ARR)

Depending on your location, you may need Results reports to list date field values as DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY. Follow the steps listed below to learn how to change the format of date fields from the Apricot Results Reporting (ARR) homepage.

Step 1: Open ARR

In the Administrator tab, expand the Report Center category of the navigation bar and select Apricot Results Reporting.

This should open a new tab in your browser; if a new tab isn't opened, check your pop-up blocker and make sure your browser allows pop-ups from Apricot.

Step 2: View your settings

Click the person icon at the top-right corner of the ARR homepage to expand a dropdown, then select Settings.

Ensure you're in the Account Preferences section on the left-hand side of the Settings window and select the Locale and Time Zone tab. Your default settings most likely utilize your local browser/web server settings.

Step 3: Change your format

If you don't want to use your browser's locale as your preferred viewing locale, you can select a different country in the first dropdown field. You may also select your own time zone instead of using the default setting in the second dropdown field.

Be sure to click the Save button at the bottom-right of the Settings window, and ARR should now display dates in your preferred format and times by your selected time zone.
