Enhancements:

Multifactor Authentication | Updated MFA Flow
The MFA user experience has been updated to further enhance security. The MFA workflow has changed; now, there is a dedicated page that can be accessed directly from the user badge in the top right corner of the screen. To learn more about MFA, please click here.

Note: The process of administrators enabling MFA has not changed with these updates.

Defects:

Links | Sorting and Next/Last Buttons

We resolved an issue where Linking Fields on a Record could not be sorted, and Next/Last buttons could not be used.

API | Attach Document & Image Fields

We fixed an issue where Attach Document and Image Fields were not attaching files to Tier 1 or 2 Records when using an API integration to create or update records.

User Settings | Slow Updates or Updates Not Saving

We fixed an issue where changes made in the User Settings Card of the User Details would take a long time to update or not update at all after saving.

Imports | Duplicate Check & Inactive Fields

Imports will no longer fail when the Form contains an inactive Field that has Duplicate Check enabled.

Single Sign-On | Force SSO Login & MFA

When Apricot’s MFA feature is enabled and SSO is configured to “Force SSO Login for All Users,” users will no longer be able to login with their previous Apricot username and password.

Role-Based Permissions | Site Administrators & Permissions

When a user is given Site Administrator permissions, they will no longer be given all Permissions that were ever assigned to a Site.
