Updated over a week ago

Defects:

Document Folder | Ctrl + Clicking into Tier 2 Records

We fixed an issue where using the Ctrl button on a keyboard and clicking into a Tier 2 record on the Document Folder would not open a new browser tab to view the Tier 2 record.

Aggregate Reports | Editing or Running

When editing or running an Aggregate Report, users will no longer encounter an error.

Imports | Imported Step

When Importing Records, Records will Import as expected, and users will no longer encounter an unexpected error on the Imported step of the process.

Imports | Programs

When Importing Records that assign Records to a Program, users will no longer encounter an error.

Records | Email Triggers with Assigned Programs

When saving a new Record where an Email Trigger exists with the Assigned Programs as a filter selected in Field Properties, users will no longer encounter an error when saving a Record. When this error did occur, Records were saved to Apricot. However, users were unable to copy those Records after creation as an error would occur that did not allow saving. This issue is also resolved.

Records | Email Triggers with Signature Dates

When saving a new Record where an Email Trigger exists with the Signature’s Date as a subfield filter selected in Field Properties, users will no longer encounter an error.

Native Reporting | Refresh All Sections

When using the “Refresh All Sections” button on a Report with Auto-run disabled, the results of the Report will now display immediately. Previously, users would see a “Your section has changed. Click here to reload your data” message to click before seeing results regardless of whether the data changed.

Record Search | Performance Optimization

We have optimized how we check a user’s Permissions before a search to improve the performance of Record Search.

Native Reporting | Dynamic Fields Performance Optimization

We have optimized how the list of options for Dynamic Fields generates when used as a Filter in a Report to improve performance.
