Apricot's audit logging capabilities allow you to track changes made to program enrollments over time. This audit information can be invaluable for understanding the history of a participant's involvement in your programs, as well as for compliance and reporting purposes.
Follow the steps below to learn how to view audit details for a program enrollment.
Step 1: Go to the Record Audits page
In the Administrator tab, expand the Access Control category of the navigation bar and select "Sites & Programs".
Next, select "Record Audits" from the left-hand menu.
Step 2: View all program enrollment audits
Click the "Enrollment" tab to view recent changes to any participants' program enrollments. You can also use the filters to narrow your results to certain enrollments.
Apricot provides a quick view of the participant involved, what action was taken, the program the participant is/was enrolled in, the user making the change, and the date and time the change was made.
Step 3: Select a record audit
Clicking into a result shows you the initial field value for a program enrollment and what the field value was updated to.
