This week we released 4 enhancements and 8 defect fixes.

Updated today

Enhancements:

Record Audits | Changes to User Status

When a user's status is changed from Active to Inactive, this action will now show in the Record Audits page.

Text Editor | Bulletins, Label (HTML) fields, and Email Trigger Fields

To better support our users and keep Apricot secure, we are upgrading our text editor to a more modern option. This change will impact the text editor used for Bulletin configurations, Label (HTML) fields, and Email Triggers. While this update may result in some formatting changes, rest assured that no data loss will occur; you may just need to re-format your Bulletins, Labels, or Email Triggers.

Draft Records | Status Indicator Removed

In response to user feedback, we have removed the draft status indicator that appeared in Record Searches. Drafts of records will still return with the designated color coding that matches the "draft banner" inside of the record. Users and Administrators can now easily manage their draft records through My Draft Manager and Draft Manager respectively. To learn more about these pages, click here.

Draft Records | Drafts for Record Copy

Users are now able to make copies of draft records that will maintain the draft status of the original record that was copied. Keeping unfinished records and record copies in draft status helps to maintain data quality within Apricot.

Defects:

Native Reporting | Exporting Sections

When exporting a native report that uses a Tier 2 form where the "Created By" field is set to Quick View and has a Limit Section of either First Created or Last Created, users are now able to export all sections of the report.

Users | Users Marked Inactive/Active Randomly

When an organization has a sandbox and the users are inactive, resetting their sandbox password no longer sets their production user to inactive.

Enrollments | Exit & Edit Button Tooltips

We added tool tips to the Exit and Edit buttons on Enrollments in the Document Folder to improve navigation.

Connect Portal | Mobile View

When logging into the Connect Portal from a mobile phone or smaller device, the sidebar menu is now able to collapse. This gives participants a better experience as they fill out forms via the Connect Portal.

Connect | Activity Timeout Error

We have resolved a defect that caused an issue for both Apricot users and participants within Connect. Site timeouts were occurring too early and requiring extra navigation steps in order to get back to the Connect feature.

Attendance Tracker | Inactive Classes

We have resolved a defect that interrupted Standard Users from viewing Inactive Classes.

User Unlock | Error

We have resolved a defect that caused an error to occur when admins attempted to unlock users.

Record Edits | Name Field Characters

We have resolved a defect that disrupted characters in the name field when followed by a quotation mark. Characters in this field now show as expected, including with the use of quotation marks.
