How do I log in under a Program IP restriction? (Legacy Permissions)

Note: Generally, only users who have access to multiple Apricot programs are affected by program IP restrictions.

Follow the steps listed below to learn the standard user login workflow when certain Apricot programs are restricted by IP address.

Step 1: Enter your credentials

On the Apricot login page, enter your usual username and password.

Once the username and password have been matched to a user belonging to at least one permission set with a Program IP Restriction, you will be taken to a second login screen to select which program to log into.

Step 2: Choose a program

Expand the top drop-down menu to see all available programs. Then, select the program that matches the IP address you're using to log in.

Choosing a restricted program will allow you to access any records there that have been assigned to your permission set and current IP address.

Choosing a non-restricted program will allow you to access data assigned to any of your permission sets that are not restricted by IP address.

Note: Once you've logged into an IP-restricted program, you will not be able to use the Sites & Programs dropdown menu at the top of your Apricot page to switch programs. You'll need to log out and log back in, either under a different program or from a different IP address, to access records that are assigned to a another program.
