Upcoming Changes:

Email Trigger “From” Address

  • When:

    • Nov 17

  • What:

    • All Apricot clients who have set a custom “reply-to” in our Email Triggers or Site Preferences sections of Apricot

  • Why:

    • This update will be to resolve the reply-to feature to function as originally expected

  • The “reply-to” address will continue to work as expected, with the value each client has set

  • Email “from” addresses will come from our compliant address: no-reply@socialsolutions.com

  • The “display name” will also work as expected, so that clients can use that field in Apricot Settings to label emails as coming from their org
