Notes:
This change is an enhancement and did not take away any existing functionality. Therefore, the ability to select one participant at a time or a whole page of participants remains an option throughout Connect.
This capability will be included in both the Connect registration process and Connect Direct Messages.
Registration Process
A drop-down menu has been added to access Select All actions.
Once the Select All action is chosen a “!” will indicate all participants have been selected.
The number of participants that have been selected will appear in the “Create Account” button.
To clear participants selected use the “Deselect All” option.
To remove a subset of participants selected, unselect individual checkboxes.
Registered Tab
A drop-down menu has been added to access Select All actions, making it easier to do bulk actions such as Enable, Disable, and Archive.
Once the Select All action is chosen a “!” will indicate all participants have been selected.
Enable, Disable, and Archive buttons will indicate “All”.
When a bulk action is selected it will only change the state of account for those it makes sense to change. For example, if 100 of the 300 participants are currently “Enabled” and 200 of the 300 participants are currently “Disabled”:
If user clicks “Disable ALL” the 100 Enabled will change to Disabled.
If users click “Archive ALL” all 300 accounts will be Archived.
Direct Messages
A drop-down menu has been added to access Select All actions for both Text and Email direct messages.
Once the Select All action is chosen a “!” will indicate all participants have been selected.
To clear participants selected use the “Deselect All” option in the Text or Email column.
The participants that will receive text and/or emails can be reviewed in Step 4 Review & Send,
The number of remaining text messages after sending message can still be viewed in Step 4 Review & Send as well.
