When you are using Apricot, you may need to change the date format from MM/DD/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY or vice versa. In order to do that, you will need to change some settings in the reporting dashboard.

To make these changes:

  1. Open the reporting dashboard by going to Report Center> Apricot Results Reporting in the navigation menu.

  2. Click the person icon at the top righthand of the Results homepage.

  3. Click on "Settings" in the dropdown.

  4. Click on "Account Preferences."

  5. Select the Locale and Time Zone tab.

  6. You can select your time zone in the "Current Time Zone:" dropdown.

  7. Click save at the bottom of the settings pop-up.

Your reports should now show the dates in your country's format.
