How do I download a report graph image? (Native Reporting)
Updated over a month ago

Apricot provides users the ability to share a graph created in the Report Builder for external use by downloading its image.

Note: Unlike other graph types, maps cannot be exported from Apricot. Location Maps and Heat Maps can only be captured by taking screenshots.

Follow the steps listed below to learn how to save a report graph to your computer.

Step 1: View your download options

In the top-right corner of the graph, next to the Graph Properties icon, click the three-line icon or hamburger menu to expand the graph's download options.

Step 2: Download the image

Select your preferred image file type, then the image will download to your computer according to your browser settings. Below is additional information on each image file type:

  • PNG image: A compressed file image that has better resolution than JPEG, but takes up more disk space.

  • JPEG image: A compressed file image with good resolution.

  • PDF document: A file format that can be opened and viewed with Adobe Reader. Download Adobe Reader for free here.

  • SVG vector image: An image file that can be opened and read by internet browsers using XML.
