How do I delete a report? (Native Reporting)
Updated over a week ago

Native reports can be deleted in the Report Builder when viewing the Edit version of the report. This will remove the report from the Report Center and from users' My Reports page.

Follow the steps listed below to learn how to delete a report from your Apricot database.

Important: Deleting a report is permanent. If there's a chance you can still use the report as a valid or needed reference, we highly recommend creating a report category and moving your inactive reports there.

Step 1: Open the report

In the Administrator tab, expand the Report Center category of the navigation bar and select Reports. Then, find the report you want to edit in its report category and hover over the Actions menu to select Edit.

Step 2: Delete the report

With the report open in Edit mode, select Delete Report from the Report Actions palette. A pop-up message will appear at the top of the page for you to confirm this action.

Select 'Confirm' to permanently delete the report; you'll then be brought back to the list of report categories on the Reports page.
