How do I add user seats to my site? (Role-Based Permissions)
How do I add user seats to my site? (Role-Based Permissions)
Updated over a week ago

Each Apricot database has a limited number of user seats available. These users are split up into Standard User and Administrator Seats.

Note: Administrator users count towards an Administrator Seat as well as a Standard User Seat. For example, if you have 10 standard users and 2 administrators in your organization, this will count as 12 Standard User Seats and 2 Administrator Seats used.

Follow the steps listed below to view your user seats and learn how to request additional licenses if necessary.

Step 1: Navigate to Users

In the Administrator view of Apricot, expand the Access Control category in the navigation bar and select Users.

On the Users page, you’ll find the maximum number of Administrator and Standard User accounts allowed in your site and how many seats you have left.

Step 2: Contact your Account Manager

If you require more user seats for your organization, you can purchase them at an additional cost. Click here to get in contact with the Account Management team for this request.

Note: In the Administrator view of Apricot, you may see a Bulletin that includes an ‘Add Users/Tools’ option. This will not add user seats to your site; our recommended best practice is to visit the link above to reach out to the Account Management team to purchase user seats.
