Private, tailored training is available for purchase in 4-hour blocks or as a part of our Platinum Support offering. In the scheduling process, you will be asked to choose from our menu of topics to create a training session that best meets your needs. You can opt for an Administrator-focused session or content designed for your End Users. Read more about each training option below.

End User Training

Introduction to Apricot for staff who will use the system day-to-day with live demonstration and hands-on activities. Covers terminology and how to navigate your configuration. Choose one Program per 4-hour session with select forms to walk through data entry. Can include a brief reporting demo and other end user features as relevant.

Purchase one 4-hour session per Program. The first hour will be used to tailor the content, and the remaining 3 hours will be to train your users. Repeat trainings for the same Program are available for an additional 3 hours.

Train the Trainer

Above End User Training with the addition of guidance for your Admin to take on future trainings internally. Content will be tailored to your organization’s workflow with one round of feedback. This training requires two 4-hour sessions so your Admin can shadow a Bonterra trainer first and then run through the content themselves with support.

Add advanced functionality to your forms such as Form Logic, Calculation Fields, Linking, Weighted Values, and more. Includes best practices for making changes to forms and how that impacts reporting.

Importing Data

Walk through best practices for uploading data into your configuration of Apricot, whether from another database or spreadsheets.

Build Reports

Learn how to build custom reports for summarizing your data. This will include basic filtering, report properties and graphing.

Advanced Reporting

Dig into more complex reporting options including Calculations, Summaries, Filter Logic, Limits, Linking and more.

Managing Sites, Programs & Users

Covers best practices for managing and creating Sites and Programs to organize your data and staff access. Includes creating user accounts and setting up Roles to expand or restrict permissions as well as how to audit user activity.

Tracking Attendance

Learn how to configure Apricot to track and report on participant attendance. Ideal for classes, groups, events, etc.

Workflow Design

Best practices for setting up Workflows to provide your staff with step-by-step processes for completing forms for different participant groups.

Managing Referrals

Options for sending and receiving referrals across programs within your Apricot as well as best practices for referrals to and from other organizations.

Intake & Connect

Covers setting up and utilizing an external form for collecting participant applications as well as a portal functionality to collaborate with participants virtually via messages and forms they can complete.

Results & Alerts

Learn how to configure notifications based on data entered in your system to help your staff prioritize participants in certain situations.

Apricot Schedule

Best practices for syncing calendars to Apricot and booking appointments between participants and staff.

Apricot Inventory

Learn how to set up the new Inventory feature for tracking physical resources like beds, IT equipment, household resources, etc. that your participants may borrow, take or use.

Taking Over as Admin

Shows new Administrators who’ve inherited Apricot from a previous Administrator how to survey their site to understand their current Apricot Design. Also includes expectations for the Admin role and tips for supporting your users.
