Document Folder Print – Print Mode Updates (Beta)

Overview

Apricot's Document Folder is the central spot to find everything about a Participant. When you get requests for a participant's full record, you need it to be available in a timely manner. To help with this, we’ve changed how Tier 2 Forms load in Print Mode when using the Print option in the Document Folder. When preparing to print, Records will now load one at a time. To help you understand how many records are still waiting to load for printing, you will be able to see how far along Apricot is in preparing the Tier 2 Records you selected to print.

Printing from the Document Folder

Accessing the Document Folder’s Print option will remain the same.

After this change, when you click the Print button and are on the Print Mode tab, Apricot will load the Tier 2 records while you’re on the page. You will see a Status Bar and a Print Queue to tell you the status of the items you are printing.

Do not refresh or leave this page until the status bar says 100%, as you will have to start this process again.

The Status Bar will tell you how far Apricot is through loading records to print.
