How do I delete a Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration?
Updated over a month ago

Looking to create a new Single Sign-On configuration and login URL? Check out this video that walks you through how to permanently delete a previous SSO configuration in Apricot.

Note: Deleting an SSO configuration removes it permanently. There is no option to Undo the action, and Support is unable to recover a deleted configuration. Users will be unable to log in to Apricot via the previous SSO login URL until an administrator creates a new configuration and shares the new login URL.

Step 1: Log in to Apricot

Start by logging in to your Apricot account.

Step 2: Navigate to Manage Federated SSO

Ensure you're in the Administrator view of Apricot, then expand the Access Control category of the navigation bar.

Select 'Manage Federated SSO' to be directed to that page.

Step 3: Delete the configuration

Click on the three-dot icon next to the configuration you wish to delete, then select 'Delete Configuration'.

A pop-up window will display to confirm you wish to permanently delete the configuration. Select 'Continue' to do so.
