The School Performance Tab empowers your organization with visibility into your participant’s school data. Access to a participant’s attendance, conduct and grades data provides case management staff a 360 view of their participants and better informs intervention and program impact.

Using the School Performance Tab

Note: The school that the participant attends is noted on the left hand side above the Attendance card.

Cards

  1. Attendance: This card indicates the students school attendance records focusing primarily on absences. The distribution graph displays the comparison between the student and their population (grade level/class). Date of last absence is noted along with the total number of unexcused absences. The pattern of frequently missed periods is surfaced for the user. This information is calculated by, and changes, based on the time period selected with the timespan filter.

  2. Conduct: This card tells the story of the student’s disciplinary/behavioral incidents recorded during school. The distribution graph indicates the comparison of the student and their general population (grade level/class). The date of the last disciplinary incident is surfaced as well as the count of incidents within the last 30 days to date and total count of disciplinary incidents. This information is calculated by, and changes, based on the time period selected with the timespan filter. Conduct refers to disciplinary and behavior incidents recorded during school hours.

  3. Grades: This card indicates the average GPA of the student as well as a distribution graph comparison of the student and their general population (grade level/class). This information is calculated, and changes, based on the time period selected with the timespan filter.

Timespan Filter

The timespan filter has four predetermined time periods:

  1. Past 7 Days

  2. Past 30 Days

  3. Past 3 Months

  4. Past 6 Months 

When a time period is selected, the cards information reflects the student data recorded within that time period.

Note: The data which populates the Student School Performance Tab updates nightly.
