How is the exam administered?
How is the exam administered?
The self-pace exam consists of 50 multiple choice questions. Examinees will receive their score upon completion of the exam and those who pass with 90% or higher will receive a Certification Badge within 48hrs via email.
If an examinee receives score of 89% or less, they can retake the exam after a 7-day wait period. Examinees may retake the exam up to 2 times.

Once certified, Administrators are expected to maintain their certification by completing the 5 – 10 question Re-certification exam, administered biannually. This re-certification exam assesses your knowledge on new releases that have rolled out over the last 6 – 9 months
